Flipper One Reservation Terms

These Reservation Terms apply when you pay to reserve Flipper One on flipper.net. They are an agreement between you and Flipper Devices, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Flipper,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Reservation Terms supplement our Terms of Sale and Service, which apply to matters these Reservation Terms do not cover. If these Reservation Terms conflict with our Terms of Sale and Service, these Reservation Terms prevail for your reservation. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

For a one-time fee of twenty US dollars (USD 20) (“Reservation Fee”), you receive personal access details (such as a coupon code or a private link) (“Reservation Access”) that let you back Flipper One in our planned Kickstarter campaign (“Campaign”) by selecting a special reward available only to reservation holders, at the price we set for that reward (“Early Price”) at any time during the Campaign.
The Reservation Fee is paid in addition to the Early Price and does not count toward it, so your total cost for Flipper One is the Reservation Fee plus the Early Price, excluding taxes, duties, and delivery. A reservation is not an order or a pre-order. You are not obliged to back the Campaign. The Reservation Fee is not a deposit for Flipper One.
Because a reservation can only be used by backing the Campaign on Kickstarter, you need to meet Kickstarter’s eligibility requirements under its Terms of Use, including its minimum age requirement (currently 18). Reservations are intended for your personal use and should not be transferred or resold. We may limit reservations to one per person. Your Reservation Access is personal to you, can be used only once and only in the Campaign, and must not be shared. We may cancel and refund any backing of the Campaign made using Reservation Access by a person who does not hold a valid reservation.

The Early Price shown when you reserve is our current estimate. It may change before the Campaign launches, including upward. Your reservation does not fix the final Early Price.
Before the Campaign launches, we will email you the final Early Price and the launch date. If you do not want to back Flipper One at that price, you can cancel and get a full refund under Section 5.
Prices exclude taxes, duties, and delivery, which are calculated and collected after the Campaign.

We plan to launch the Campaign in November 2026. We do not guarantee that the Campaign will launch, when it will launch, or the final specifications of Flipper One. Flipper One is still in development. Its design, features, specifications, and images shown when you reserve are preliminary and may change.
To use your reservation, back Flipper One on Kickstarter using your Reservation Access before the Campaign ends. Your reservation is used when Kickstarter successfully collects your pledge.
Once your reservation is used, the Reservation Fee is non-refundable.

You can cancel your reservation at any time before it is used by emailing support@flipper.net. We will refund the Reservation Fee to your original payment method within fourteen (14) days.
We will refund the Reservation Fee automatically within thirty (30) days, and your reservation will expire, if: (a) the Campaign has not launched by 1 May 2027; (b) we cancel the Campaign or the reservation program, or Kickstarter declines or removes the Campaign; (c) the Campaign does not reach its funding goal; or (d) you have not used your reservation when the Campaign ends.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, your statutory right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days is covered by Section 5.1. By using your reservation, you ask us to perform these Reservation Terms in full, and your right to withdraw from the reservation then ends.

We may cancel a reservation at any time and refund the Reservation Fee in full where we have a legitimate reason to do so, including, for example, if we reasonably believe the reservation was made for resale or with false details or in bad faith, if it otherwise does not comply with these Reservation Terms, or if we change or discontinue Flipper One, the Campaign, or the reservation program.
To the extent permitted by law, including statutory consumer rights, our total liability to you in connection with your reservation is limited to the amount of the Reservation Fee, and a refund of the Reservation Fee is your sole remedy if the Campaign is delayed, changed, or cancelled, or if your reservation is cancelled under these Reservation Terms.

These Reservation Terms are entered into and effective as of the date you accept these Reservation Terms, by electronic means or otherwise. By confirming and accepting these Reservation Terms, you agree to the terms and conditions of these Reservation Terms. Changes to these Reservation Terms do not apply to a reservation already made unless they are in your favor.
We will send notices about your reservation, including the final Early Price, to the email address you used to reserve.
